On Saturday, March 15, 2008 Team Ladd was formed. Angela Marie Clement married Zachary Samuel Ladd at 6pm at Royal Lane Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas followed by a reception at Hickory Street Annex. Then they left for a honeymoon in Jamaica.
We definitely think we had the perfect wedding! It was a beautiful day outside and not one thing went wrong. We wish the night would have lasted longer. We absolutely loved the band that played at our reception and could have danced and listened to them for hours. It was so fun to see family and friends and celebrate with everyone. We are so thankful for everyone that celebrated with us and those who could not be there but celebrated in spirit. After seven months of wedding planning, we were looking forward to a relaxing trip to Jamaica, and boy was it! We laid on the beach for five solid days. We each read almost two books. Jamaica is a beautiful country, but it is very poor. We are looking forward to going back and exploring the other side of the island. Now that we are back, we are diligently working to get settled in our new townhouse. It has been a bit of a challenge combining all of our stuff, along with all of the fun wedding presents we received. The best part of marriage for us so far is not having to go home at night :)
