8 Months has been SOOO much fun! Harper is laughing and smiling a ton, sitting up playing all by himself, eating lots of different fruits and vegetables that I'm making, and exploring EVERY thing he can get his hands on. We went to ICE at the Gaylord Texan, met Santa Clause (he loved playing w/ his beard), attended several Christmas parties, and celebrated Zac graduating with his Master's Degree.
Wow...where has time gone??? This has been another month of many firsts. Grandma Maggie babysat for the first time so Zac and I could go to Top Golf; Mrs. Leigh babysat so I could go to the movie with friends; at Harper's 4 month appt the doctor said he is getting 2 teeth (of course before she gave him those awful shots); he found his thumb to suck on his right hand and pointer finger to chew on his left hand; and he's LAUGHING!

Harper is really developing a personality and getting into a routine. He smiles every time Zac or I enter the room. He has found his voice and loves talking to us, the puppy dogs, and his toys. He has had a fun summer with Gran, he even laughed for her (only time so far). She stayed with us for 4 weeks while we taught summer school. Harper also celebrated his first 4th of July and went camping for a day with Gran and G-Pa.
Time sure is flying by!!! This month we celebrated Father's Day for the first time and Harper received a plethora of vaccinations!!! Harper has discovered his fist this month. I never have my camera ready when he tries to put the entire thing in his mouth :) Hopefully will capture it soon. Also, Zac and I will be going back to work part time next week and Gran will be coming to town to babysit.
Zac and Angela Ladd have been married for 4+ years, have a 1 yr old son, Harper, two schnauzers - Sadie and Tucker, and live in Richardson. It is very important to them that they function as a team. Zac is a High School Teacher and Angela is a Speech-Language Pathologist. They absolutely love the community of faith they belong to, Watermark.
